<br /> <br />Ordinance 777 <br />Page 2 <br /> <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, <br /> <br />THE CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW ORDAINS: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. The City of Mounds View Municipal Code Appendix D is hereby amended to <br />include reference to the following Special Ordinance No. 777. <br /> <br /> Subd. 1. The City has made a determination that the drainage and utility easement <br />area as described herein and illustrated on Exhibit A does not serve a public purpose, and <br />as such, it is in the public interest to vacate said easement area. <br /> <br /> Subd. 2. The City Council of the City of Mounds View finds that there is no public <br />interest or purpose served in retaining the easement area described and proposed to be <br />vacated. <br /> <br /> Subd. 3. That described part of the drainage and utility easement as shown on <br />Exhibit A is hereby vacated. <br /> <br />SECTION 2.
