<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />ORDINANCE SUMMARY <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 774 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTERS 701 AND 1106 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE <br />OF MOUNDS VIEW RELATING TO DOG KENNELS <br /> <br /> <br />On August 14, 2006, the Mounds View City Council adopted an ordinance which amends <br />Chapters 701 and 1106 of the Mounds View Municipal Code relating to Dog Kennels. The <br />amendment eliminates the need to obtain a Conditional Use Permit to have three or four <br />dogs. The petition and license requirements remain the same.
