<br />RESOLUTION 6915 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />SETTING A PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT HEARING DATE FOR THE COUNTY <br />ROAD 10 TRAILWAY PROJECT: SEGMENTS 9&10 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on January 9, 2006 the City Council approved Resolution <br />6716 authorizing the preparation of a preliminary feasibility report and consultant <br />selection for the County Road 10 Trailway, Lighting, and Landscape Project; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on August 7, 2006, a draft Preliminary Feasibility Report for <br />the County Road 10 Trailway Project: Segments 9&10 was submitted for the City <br />Council’s review; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a Public Improvement Hearing is required by State Statute for <br />this project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a Public Improvement Hearing would allow the public to learn <br />about the proposed project and to provide comments; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, a Public Improvement Hearing date of August 28, 2006, will <br />afford the necessary time to publish legal notices. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of <br />Mounds View, Ramsey County, Minnesota as follows: <br /> <br />1. Sets a public improvement hearing for said improvement for 7:15 pm <br />on August 28, 2006 at Mounds View City Hall. <br /> <br />2.
