<br />Item No: 10B2 <br />Meeting Date: 08/14/08 <br /> Type of Business: Reports <br />City of Mounds View Staff Report <br /> <br />To: Honorable Mayor and City Council <br />From: Kurt Ulrich, City Administrator <br />Item Title/Subject: Report on Progress Toward Goals <br /> <br /> <br />On February 6th and 7th, 2006, the city council and department heads held a “leadership – planning – team building” retreat. <br />This strategic planning session resulted in the subsequent adoption of a City Vision and Mission Statement, Goals <br />Program, Values Statement, Rules of Conduct, and Action Plan. <br /> <br />An important part of the plan was to provide a periodic update of the City’s progress towards its goals, along with a year- <br />end review and evaluation. <br /> <br />Attached is a copy of the 2006 – 2007 Action Plan with a review of the current status of the various action steps. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
