<br /> <br /> <br />Resolution 6924 <br />Page 2 <br />WHEREAS, the City Attorney has reviewed the final plat and finds it to be in <br />conformance with all applicable sections of the Mounds View Municipal Code, subject to the <br />conditions and requirements contained in this Resolution; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View City Council has reviewed the proposed final plat for the <br />subdivision and finds it to be consistent with the preliminary plat and in conformance with <br />Resolution 6888 and with all applicable sections of the Mounds View Municipal Code, subject <br />to the conditions and requirements contained in this Resolution. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council, having <br />already approved the preliminary plat, approves the final plat for the subdivision of 8360 Long <br />Lake Road, subject to stipulations as follows: <br /> <br />1. Prior to the Final Plat execution, Matthew Hofmann shall pay a park <br />dedication fee in the amount of $10,640.00. <br /> <br />2. Matthew Hofmann shall obtain final approval from Rice Creek Watershed <br />District and the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency before construction <br />activity commences. <br /> <br />3. No grading or construction activity may proceed without all necessary <br />permits having been obtained. <br /> <br />4. All utilities within the development area and to the individual home sites shall <br />be located underground. <br /> <br />5. Necessary permits shall be obtained for any and all work occurring within <br />the City or County right of way. <br /> <br />6. City approval is contingent upon Ramsey County’s approval. <br /> <br />7. Matthew Hofmann shall successfully complete any and all requirements <br />from the review of the final plat by the City Attorney and City Engineer and <br />City Staff. <br /> <br />8. The approval contemplated herein is subject to the condition that Matthew <br />Hofmann must pay for all costs incurred by the City concerning this <br />subdivision, including preparation and review of the preliminary and final plat <br />by technical assistants and the costs incurred by the City Attorney, city <br />consultants, as well as other costs of a similar nature. <br /> <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that approval of this final plat is <br />subject to approval by and recordation with Ramsey County, which shall occur within one <br />hundred twenty (120) days of Council approval. Matthew Hofmann shall furnish the City with <br />a reproducible copy of the final plat showing evidence of the recording; otherwise, the <br />approval of the final plat shall be void. <br /> <br /> <br />
