RESOLUTION 6926 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />ESTABLISHING A NO PARKING ZONE ON THE WEST SIDE OF SPRING <br />LAKE ROAD FROM 7785 SOUTH TO COUNTY ROAD I <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City was contacted by a resident with concerns <br />regarding a section of Spring Lake Road along the west side of Spring Lake; the <br />resident felt that it is being damaged due to vehicles parking on this side of the <br />road and that motorists and pedestrians are being put in danger; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, eliminating parking on this segment of Spring Lake <br />Road will allow motorist to see pedestrians more clearly and prevent <br />unnecessary road erosion; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Public Works and Public Safety Departments have <br />reviewed this segment of Spring Lake Road and recommend that the City post it <br />as “No Parking”. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the <br />City of Mounds View, Ramsey County, Minnesota as follows: <br /> <br />1. Parking shall be prohibited along the west side of Spring Lake <br />Road from 7785 Spring Lake Road south to County Road I. <br /> <br />2.
