He noted the Centerpoint contributions do not impact the budget, but in 25 <br />order to be consistent, the franchise ordinance needs to be on the books. 26 <br /> 27 <br />MOTION/SECOND: FLAHERTY/GUNN. He stated the Council has directed Staff to 44 <br />prepare a preliminary levy of 0%, which will be the same as last year and will equal two straight 45
