He then said that, worst 9 <br />case scenario, it looks like the City could hit 24% in 2008 and 29% in 2009 assuming that 10 <br />nothing else is done with the existing three TIF districts. 11 <br /> 12 <br />Director Ericson indicated that the rates will drop down in 2013 and 2014 down to approximately 13 <br />17%. 14 <br /> 15 <br /> C.
