Mounds View City Council January 28, 1991 <br /> 411 <br /> Regular Meeting Page Four <br /> Mayor Linke closed public hearing at <br /> 7:52 and opened the regular meeting. <br /> Councilmember Quick inquired as to <br /> the status of the water bill on the <br /> property. <br /> Acting Clerk-Administrator Minetor <br /> stated that the amount due had been <br /> certified on the property taxes for <br /> this year. <br /> City Attorney Barney concurred that <br /> the amount due is already on the <br /> tax roles and will be collected. <br /> Mayor Linke closed the public hearing <br /> and opened the regular meeting at <br /> 7:52 p.m. <br /> Motion/Second: Blanchard/Wuori to adopt 8 . Consideration of <br /> Resolution No. 4040 Approving the Land Resolution No. <br /> Division Request at 2601 and 2617 Sherwood 4040 <br /> Road, Wayne and Barb Depew. <br /> 5 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried <br /> Mayor Linke opened the next public hearing 9 . Public Hearing: <br /> at 7:54 p.m. Rezoning Request <br /> for 2865 Highway <br /> 10, Greg Johnson <br /> Planning Technician Harrington reviewed the <br /> rezoning request of Greg Johnson to have his <br /> property rezoned from R-0 to B-3. <br /> Mr. Greg Johnson stated that his property <br /> is residential in character. His property <br /> would become more saleable if rezoned from <br /> R-0 to B-3 . <br /> Discussions evolved around the previous <br /> lawsuit against the City regarding the <br /> radiator shop owned by Mr. Johnson. <br /> Mayor Linke stated that the Comprehensive <br /> Plan would be finalized this spring. This <br /> property would have to be zoned in conformance <br /> with the Comp. Plan. 411 <br />
