WATER • <br /> - Pumped and treated 451 ,644,000 gallons of water. <br /> - Flushed water mains bi-annully. <br /> - Installed water main for Greenfield ball field . <br /> - 674 locations were requested at various locations which is <br /> equivalent to approximately BOO manhours. <br /> - Painted 40 hydrants. <br /> - Repaired 3 water main breaks. <br /> - Test well was drilled at well four. <br /> - Numerous water quality tests were conducted at treatment <br /> plant one, with the conclusion made to build a new plant. <br /> - Study of tower two conducted. <br /> - Routine maintenance and repair of various water related <br /> issues and concerns. <br /> SEWER <br /> - We cleaned 160,000 feet of sewer mains, which is approximately <br /> 2/3 of the City, and cut roots in 17,540 feet of sewer main . <br /> - Televised 3,500 feet of sewer mains. <br /> - Repaired two sewer main break . <br /> - We were involved in letigation of a sewer backup which <br /> prevailed <br /> Various equipment was specified , bid , purchased , and prepared for <br /> usage in all divisions. <br /> TRAINING AND EDUCATION <br /> Annual Confined Space and Right-To-Know Act training performed . <br /> Wastewater Operator School - 2 employees <br /> Water Operator School - 5 employees <br /> OSHA Trench Safety and Training - 4 employees <br /> MPWA Spring Conference Attended - 2 employee <br /> Sweeping Seminar - 3 employees <br /> MSSA Operator training seminar - 3 employees. <br /> Mn .
