40. 18 <br /> e . The open or outdoor service, sale or rental use <br /> does not take up parking space as required for <br /> conformity to this Code. <br /> f. The provisions of Section 40. 25, Subd. A( 5 ) of <br /> this Code are considered and satisfactorily met. <br /> ( 6 ) An accessory use which is a permitted use in a <br /> B-2 District, and: <br /> a. Such use does not constitute more than thirty ( 30 ) <br /> percent of the lot area and not more than fifty <br /> (50 ) percent of the gross floor area of the <br /> principal use. <br /> b. The off-street parking and off-street loading <br /> requirements of Section 40. 07 and 40. 08 of this <br /> Code have been met. <br /> c. All signing and informational or visual communica- <br /> tion devices shall be in compliance with the <br /> Mounds View Sign Code (Chapter 39 ) . <br /> d . The provisions of Section 40 . 25, Subd . A( 5) of <br /> this Code are considered and satisfactorily met. <br /> ( 7) Solar energy and wind generator systems and solar and <br /> wind generator structures ( 40. 04, Subd . D and E) . <br /> 40 . 19 B-4 , REGIONAL BUSINESS DISTRICT <br /> Subd . A Purpose. The purpose of the B-4, Regional Business <br /> District is to provide for the establishment of commer- <br /> cial and service activities which draw from and service <br /> customers from the entire community or region. <br /> Subd. B The following are permitted uses in a B-4 District : <br /> ( 1 ) All permitted uses as allowed in a B-3 Districts. <br /> (2 ) Antique shop. <br /> ( 3 ) Amusement places ( such as dance halls or roller <br /> rinks) . <br /> ( 4) Enclosed boat and marine sales. <br /> (5) Books, office supplies or stationary stores. <br /> ( 6 ) Bowling alleys. <br /> ( 7 ) Coin and philatelic stores. <br /> ( 8 ) Copy service but not including printing press or <br /> newspaper. <br /> ( 9 ) Costume , clothes rental . <br /> ( 10 ) Department and discount stores . <br /> 1 <br />
