Currently, the property is zoned is zoned R- <br /> 0, Residential Office. Mr. Johnson's request is for the property <br /> to be zoned B-3, Highway Business . <br /> In the past, a rezoning request from R-1, Single Family to B-3,. <br /> Highway Business was denied on the property. The current R-0, <br /> Residential Office designation is the result of a court <br /> settlement between the City and the applicant. <br /> • The City's Comprehensive Land Use Plan has designated this area <br /> as Medium Density Residential. A copy of the most current land <br /> use plan and narrative is attached for your information. <br /> The Mounds View Planning Commission, at their regular meeting of <br /> January 2, 1991, recommended denial of the request.
