MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING COMMISSION 111 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 307-91 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING TO THE CITY COUNCIL APPROVAL OF THE <br /> MAJOR SUBDIVISION REQUEST BY WAYNE AND BARB DEPEW, <br /> 2601 AND 2617 SHERWOOD ROAD, PLANNING CASE NO. 319-90 <br /> WHEREAS, Wayne and Barb Depew have requested approval <br /> of a major subdivision for the property located at 2601 and <br /> 2617 Sherwood Road; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Certificate of Survey is shown as <br /> Attachment A dated October 5, 1990; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the <br /> applicant's request for a major subdivision that includes two <br /> (2) single family lots and determined that it is in <br /> conformance with Chapter 42 of the Mounds View Municipal Code <br /> which regulates subdivisions. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View • <br /> Planning Commission recommends approval of the major <br /> subdivision request by Wayne and Barb Depew for 2601 and 2617 <br /> Sherwood Road contingent upon the following: <br /> 1. That all utility easements deemed necessary by the <br /> City Engineer be provided. <br /> 2 . That potential right-of-way property for the <br /> extension of Greenwood Drive be dedicated to the <br /> public per City Engineer specifications . <br /> 3 . A Certificate of Survey showing the aforementioned <br /> contingencies be provided. <br /> BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that the Planning Commission <br /> directs Staff to forward this resolution to the City Council <br /> prior to approval of the minutes. <br /> Adopted this 2nd day of January, 1991. <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Chairman <br /> (SEAL) • <br /> Planning Technician <br />
