• <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 3063 • <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION REQUESTING AN AMENDMENT TO THE RECYCLING GRANT <br /> BETWEEN THE CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW AND RAMSEY COUNTY TO <br /> ALLOW THE PURCHASE OF RECYCLING BINS <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Mounds View has requested an <br /> amendment to the recycling grant between the City of Mounds <br /> View and Ramsey County; and <br /> WHEREAS, the amendment would allow the City to use the <br /> remaining funds towards the purchase of recycling containers; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, the Cityhas received a <br /> grant from the <br /> Metropolitan Council for the purchase of recycling containers; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Mounds View no longer requires <br /> • funding from Ramsey County for the curbside collection program • <br /> due to the City's new Ordinance regulating garbage and <br /> recycling. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View <br /> City Council requests an amendment to the recycling grant <br /> agreement between the City of Mounds View and Ramsey County. <br /> Adopted this 13th day of August, 1990 . <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Mayor <br /> (SEAL) <br /> Clerk- d i strator <br /> • <br />
