The value of this position was increased <br /> by 18 percent according to the time spent profile versus the <br /> previous "benchmark" value. The salary of the position was <br /> increased by 5 percent with the understanding that there would be <br /> a further review at the end of the year. <br /> I have completed Mike's performance evaluation and ranked him as <br /> "Generally Exceeding Expectations" . I recommend that the Council <br /> authorize an additional 4 percent adjustment in his salary. If <br /> the Council concurs, the attached resolution should be approved. <br />
