The <br /> public works maintenance employees have agreed to a wage and <br /> benefit package. I would recommend that the non-represented <br /> employees be given adjustments consistent with the overall <br /> package agreed to by the maintenance group. <br /> I have calculated an adjustment for the non-represented employees <br /> comparable to the overall adjustment agreed to by the maintenance <br /> employees . This would be an increase in health insurance <br /> • _ contributions by the City to a maximum of $250/month for family <br /> coverage and a wage adjustment. of 4 . 375%. <br /> I recommend that the Council adopt the attached Resolution <br /> adjusting the wages and benefits for non-union employees for the <br /> 1991 calendar year. <br /> • <br /> • <br />
