The public works contract is <br /> slightly different than the police department, as <br /> well as non-union staff. A 5% increase overall is <br /> proposed. Consideration <br /> concerning negotiations with Teamsters Local #320 of Union <br /> regarding the union contract for police for 1991 . Contract for <br /> Police for <br /> Councilmember Blanchard pointed out they had the 1991 <br /> same situation last year, and the police union was • <br /> told them the Council needed the information ahead <br /> of time. She suggested the City go back to the <br /> Teamsters with direction to stay within a 5% increase. <br />
