• may develop a <br /> municipally owned <br /> recreation or park <br /> facility on City <br /> owned lands which <br /> will involve the <br /> development within a <br /> wetlands zoning <br /> district as part of <br /> an integrated plan, <br /> comprising not less <br /> than 75 acres, where <br /> he such development <br /> would reasonably <br /> conserves s- <br /> preserve and weeld <br /> enhance the <br /> environment by <br /> providing facilities <br /> that would protect <br /> the public health, <br /> safety and welfare. <br /> 48.08. DEVELOPMENT DENSITY <br /> • AND PARK LAND DEDICATION CREDIT <br /> TRANSFERS. <br /> Subdivision 1.
