• <br /> ADMINISTRATIVE POLICY 90-2 <br /> POLICY ON BASE FEES AND DEPOSITS FOR PLANNING APPLICATIONS <br /> • <br /> The following policy shall govern charges for base fees and <br /> deposits for planning applications . <br /> 1. Planninct Application <br /> A planning application is, but not limited to, one of the <br /> following: <br /> Major Subdivision <br /> Minor Subdivision <br /> Rezoning <br /> Conditional Use Permit <br /> Variance <br /> Code Appeal <br /> Wetland Alteration Permit - <br /> Plan Review <br /> 2 . Base Fee <br /> A base fee shall cover all administrative costs which • <br /> includes staff time spent preparing reports for Planning <br /> Commission and City Council review. A base fee shall be <br /> refunded only if deemed appropriate by staff. <br /> 3. Deposit <br /> A deposit shall cover any costs incurred over and above the <br /> administrative charges (i.e. , public hearing mailing, <br /> publishing of notice, attorney fees, etc . ) . An account <br /> shall be kept of all deposits and costs incurred for each <br /> case. Any unused portion of the deposit shall be refunded <br /> • - . . . ,`. i . ` - • . ..i - • .
