With regards to the Charter Commission <br /> the appointments expired as of November, 1990 but the members <br /> serve until new members are appointed. Listed below are the <br /> Charter Commission appointments that expire: <br /> Lloyd L. Bardwell (possibly resigned) 11/90 <br /> Susan Hankner 11/90 <br /> Jean Miller 11/90 <br /> Judith Rowley 11/90 <br /> Robert Toborg 11/90 <br /> Arlene Werdien 11/90 <br /> The following is the advertising that was used in the past in <br /> the local papers and newsletter for acquiring new members : <br /> "APPLICANTS SOUGHT FOR MOUNDS VIEW <br /> CHARTER COMMISSION" <br /> The District Court of Ramsey County is <br /> accepting applications for five vacancies on <br /> the Mounds View Charter Commission. Applicants <br /> must be residents and qualified voters of the <br /> City of Mounds View. Established in 1978, the <br /> Commission's purpose is to oversee the , <br /> implementation and enforcement of the City's <br /> Charter. The term of appointment is four years <br /> and members are eligible for reappointment for <br /> of interest to Chief Judge, 1015 Courthouse, <br /> St. Paul, MN, 55102 by 4:30 p.m. on December <br /> 23, 1990 . <br /> If the Council would so desire this advertisement could be run <br /> in the December 12 and 19 issues of the local newspapers, <br /> however, the deadline.: for the newsletter is Friday, November <br /> 30, 1990 so we will not be able to put any advertising for <br /> commission members in. <br /> • MS <br />
