Applicants <br /> must be residents and qualified voters of the <br /> City of Mounds View. Established in 1978, the <br /> Commission's purpose is to oversee the <br /> implementation and enforcement of the City's <br /> Charter. The term of appointment is four years <br /> and members are eligible for reappointment for <br /> a second four-year term.
