The only change has been <br /> the options regarding the paper stock. It is assumed that the <br /> council wishes to continue with recycled paper. Therefore, the <br /> non- recycled paper bid options were not requested. <br /> In order to keep on schedule with the printing of the <br /> January/February Newsletter, it is requested that the Council <br /> approve the specifications at the November 5, 1990 agenda session <br /> so that the information can be distributed and bids returned by <br /> November 21, 1990. Staff will then provide the bids to the City <br /> Council for consideration at the November 26, 1990 Council <br /> meeting. <br /> • <br /> 411 <br />
