Uznti <br /> .13 <br /> 0 <br /> S <br /> RESOLUJTION NO. 3080 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> A Resolution Adjusting Employee Compensation in Accordance <br /> with Revised Job Values <br /> WHEREAS , the job values of certain employees has been <br /> reviewed consistent with the City of Mounds View's comparable <br /> worth plan; and <br /> WHEREAS , the new job values show and increase in <br /> responsibility and authority as compared to the previous •job <br /> values; and <br /> WHEREAS, it is the intent of the City Council to compensate <br /> employees in relation to the job value; and <br /> WHEREAS, an increase of 5 percent in the affected positions <br /> is within the budget limitations of the City; <br /> • NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the <br /> City of Mounds View that the salary for the Building Official be <br /> set at $37, 865 and the salary of the Public Works Foreman be set <br /> at $38 ,902. <br /> Adopted this 10th day of September, 1990. <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Mayor <br /> (SEAL) <br /> Acting Clerk-Administrator <br />
