r . <br /> • October 1965, the Board hereby grants to City <br /> . permission to enter upon the <br /> necessary portions of said Premises and to there within construct, maintain and <br /> carry out all Board approved operations in respect to the following: <br /> 1 . The Board hereby grants to the City the right to enter upon <br /> said Premises, and construct, operate and maintain an eight <br /> foot wide bituminous pathway adjacent thereto subject to <br /> inspection by the Board. Upon notification by the City or <br /> City's contractor, the Board will locate existing conduits <br /> in the field. <br /> 2.
