• RESOLUTION NO. 3056 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION RESCINDING FEES AND CHARGES FOR PERMITS <br /> AND SERVICES AND ESTABLISHING A UNIFORM SCHEDULE <br /> OF FEES AND CHARGES <br /> WHEREAS, fees and charges for permits and services <br /> provided by the City of Mounds View have been previously <br /> established by numerous resolutions including, but not limited <br /> to, Numbers 1633, 2388, 1570, 1214, 1917, 1303, 1391, 1914, <br /> 3034 and 2166; and <br /> WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City of Mounds View to <br /> list all fees and charges on a uniform schedule; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City has completed an analysis of fees and <br /> charges to ensure that they accurately reflect all permits and <br /> services provided as well as the cost of providing the <br /> • services related thereto. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of <br /> the City of Mounds View rescinds all previously established <br /> fees and charges effective January 1, 1991. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the following Uniform <br /> Schedule of Fees and Charges shall be implemented effective <br /> January 1, 1991. <br /> I. Building Permits (Chapter 59) <br /> (A) Minimum Fee. The minimum fee for all permits <br /> shall be $15.00 unless otherwise specified. <br /> (B) Valuation Table. The following Valuation Table <br /> shall be used to determine fees for those permits <br /> so indicated below and in all cases where the work <br /> is of such a nature that the permit fees cannot be <br /> determined from the schedule established below for <br /> such work. <br /> VALUATION TABLE <br /> $1. 00 to $500 . 00 $15 .00 for the first <br /> • $501.00 to $2,000 .00 $500. 00 plus $2 . 00 for <br /> each additional $100 .00 <br /> or fraction thereof, to <br /> and including $2, 000.00 <br />
