MEMORANDUM <br /> TO: Mounds View Planning Commission <br /> FROM: City Planner, Michelle Hren <br /> DATE: July 13, 1990 <br /> SUBJECT: Richard and Debra Oman, Conditional Use Permit and <br /> 8205 Groveland Road, Planning Case No. 306-90 <br /> Richard and Debra Oman have applied for a Conditional Use Permit <br /> to allow a second accessory building on the property they own at <br /> 8205 Groveland Rd. <br /> The applicants are putting an addition onto the home that will have <br /> an attached garage and they would like to relocate the existing <br /> detached garage to the rear of the yard. <br /> The new attached garage will have 672 Sq.Ft. and the existing <br /> garage will have 440 Sq. Ft. for a total of 1, 112 Sq. Ft. . The Code <br /> allows up to 1,264 Sq. Ft. of accessory building square footage on • <br /> a lot with a Conditional Use Permit. <br /> Please find attached the criteria used when evaluating all variance <br /> requests .
