411 <br /> MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING COMMISSION <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 297-90 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL TO THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> OF THE REQUESTED CONDITIONAL USE/PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT <br /> REQUEST BY DYNEX INDUSTRIES FOR A PHASED BUILDING ADDITION AT <br /> 4751 MUSTANG CIRCLE, PLANNING CASE NO. 302-90 <br /> WHEREAS, Dynex Industries has requested a conditional <br /> use/planned unit development to allow a phased development of <br /> the property they own at 4751 Mustang Circle; and <br /> WHEREAS, Dynex Industries has submitted a site plan <br /> dated July 10, 1990, and received by the City July 11, 1990, <br /> which outlines the phased development; and <br /> WHEREAS, the proposed site plan includes the proposed <br /> landscaping plan which is in conformance with the suggestions <br /> made by City Forester Wriskey; and <br /> 110 <br /> WHEREAS, the applicant has requested that the northern <br /> portion of the parking/driveway area remain gravel until Phase <br /> 3 develops in 1993 or the applicant applies for an extension; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, the site plan calls for interlocking curbing <br /> on a portion of the parking/driveway area which has been found <br /> to be acceptable by the City Engineer; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Engineer has reviewed the grading, <br /> drainage, and erosion plan and finds that the plan is <br /> acceptable; and <br /> WHEREAS, the building elevations have been submitted <br /> and are compatible with the existing building; and <br /> WHEREAS, the lighting plan has yet to be submitted for <br /> review by the City; and <br /> WHEREAS, the project has received approval from the <br /> Rice Creek Watershed District. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View <br /> Planning Commission recommends to the City Council approval of <br /> the requested conditional use/planned unit development for the • <br /> phased building addition at Dynex Industries, 4751 Mustang <br /> Circle, contingent upon the following: <br />
