RESOLUTION NO. 3060 <br /> 410 CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 3040, AUTHORIZING <br /> TRANSFER OF MONIES FROM THE SILVER LAKE WOODS <br /> IMPROVEMENT ACCOUNT FOR THE PURPOSE OF A PEDESTRIAN <br /> BICYCLE TRAIL FROM I-35W TO QUINCY STREET <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Mounds View and the City of <br /> Shoreview have previously agreed to jointly have a trail <br /> constructed between Quincy Street in Mounds View and Aldine <br /> Street in Shoreview; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Mounds View previously authorized <br /> the transfer of $15,000 for this project with the under- <br /> standing that the question of crossing under I-35W would be <br /> addressed at a later date; and <br /> WHEREAS, the feasibility report has identified the <br /> manner and costs for this crossing. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of <br /> • the City of Mounds View that an additional $15,000 (a total of <br /> $30,000) be transferred from the Silver Lake Woods Improvement <br /> account for the purpose of providing the City of Mounds View's <br /> share of the cost of construction of the proposed trail <br /> between Quincy Street in Mounds View and Aldine Street in <br /> Shoreview, said cost to include engineering, administrative <br /> and other incidental costs necessitated by the construction of <br /> the trail. <br /> Adopted this 23rd day of July, 1990. <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Mayor <br /> (SEAL) <br /> Clerk-Administrator <br />
