You will note that the plan being submitted is stamped <br /> preliminary, the reason being two important items need to be <br /> verified prior to issuance of final contract documents. The <br /> items are: <br /> 1. Verify location of the 21' trunk sewer. Our survey <br /> indicates that the line is 10 ' to the west of the <br /> property as we show it on our plan. Other plans we <br /> have in the office show the location directly on the <br /> property line. <br /> 2. Establish a "final" bottom floor elevation for the <br /> parking ramp based on the 100-year ponding elevation. <br /> These two items definitely need to be addressed and included <br /> in the final project bid package. However, they will have <br /> minimal impact on the proposed utility locations, easements and <br /> grades. <br /> Also enclosed are copies of the type of "grass pavers" being <br /> evaluated for the fire lane.
