The attached resolution accomplishes <br /> that and is attached for your consideration. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: ADOPT RESOLUTION NO . 2595, A RESOLUTION <br /> ESTABLISHING ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS FOR THE CITY 'S FLEXIBLE <br /> SPENDING ACCOUNTS PROGRAM AND THE MAXIMUM ANNUAL REIMBURSEABLE <br /> AMOUNT ALLOWED.
