Administrator <br /> 5 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried <br /> Mr. Frits asked where the three large piles of dirt <br /> came from that are at the compost site at Ardan <br /> Avenue. <br /> Mr. Ultrich explained most of it is excavatings from <br /> the holding pond at the business park, and it was <br /> given to the City free. It is being stock piled <br /> • <br /> for future use in the City. There have been problems <br /> in the past getting fill when it was needed for <br /> City parks and other areas, and the City has had to <br /> pay for it. This will be removed from the compost <br /> site. <br />
