RESOLUTION NO. 2593 <br /> PAGE TWO <br /> WHEREAS , the applicant has provided the information <br /> required by Chapter 40. 24 , Subd. E( 1 ) , general concept stage; and • <br /> WHEREAS , the City Council has reviewed the Concept Plan <br /> taking into consideration Chapter 40. 24 , Subd . D(2 ) ; and <br /> WHEREAS , the City Council has reviewed the on-site <br /> circulation, which at this time there are no public streets or <br /> pedestrianways proposed; and <br /> WHEREAS , the City Council has reviewed the location and <br /> extent of the ponding areas proposed ; and <br /> WHEREAS , the City Council has reviewed the land use <br /> proposed and recognizes it is appropriate given the proposed site <br /> zoning and is in accordance with the Comprehensive Plan. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of <br /> the City of Mounds View approves the concept stage of the PUD <br /> contingent upon the following : <br /> 1 . Permits from the Rice Creek Watershed District, Army <br /> Corps of Engineers , and Department of Natural <br /> Resources are applied for and approved. <br /> 2. The applicant present alternative site plans <br /> addressing the following: <br /> a) Alignment of Jackson Drive with the most westerly • <br /> driveway. <br /> b) Access between sites must be evaluated . <br /> c) Truck traffic along County Road H-2 must be <br /> evaluated . <br /> d) The applicant pursue control of site access to <br /> Woodale Drive . <br /> 3 .
