The <br /> Agreements have been prepared in accordance with the applicable <br /> Contract for Private Redevelopment. <br /> On December 22 , 1989, Marvin Deick of the Ramsey County <br /> Assessor's Office advised me that the proposed minimum values <br /> for the parcels were acceptable. You will see from a review of <br /> IIIthe Agreements that the minimum values for the parcels, as of <br /> 1/2/90, will be $4, 070, 000 (Building I) and $825, 000 (Taco Bell/ <br /> Kentucky Fried Chicken) . <br /> Please review the Agreements, and contact me in the event you <br /> have any questions or comments. I have provided copies of the <br /> Agreements to Bob Deike and ask that he contact you in the event <br /> he has any questions.
