Mounds View City Council January 8, 1990 Regular Meeting Page Nine 411 Councilmember Blanchard reported she had received a Councilmember phone call, advising the Council agenda had not been Blanchard on cable over the weekend or last Thursday or Friday, and it appeared to be typed onto the screen just this evening. Jerry, the cable. cameraman, advised there was a pro- blem experienced this past weekend, and he would be taking the responsibility over from City Staff and will be doing it on Fridays. Councilmember Paone had no report. Councilmember Paone Councilmember Wuori had no report. Councilmember Wuori Mayor Hankner had no report. Mayor Hankner Clerk/Administrator Pauley advised Phillips 66 has 15. Report of applied for planning consideration on their Long Clerk/ Lake Road site, and the Planning Commission will be Administrator getting the information at their next meeting. He stated he believes they plan to tear down the old • structure and correct the soil problems and install a self service facility with a small grocery area and car wash. Clerk/Administrator Pauley reported he had received the last of the questionnaires from Staff on the City survey, and he will be going over a rough draft with Dr. Morris this week. Dr. Morris will then put it into draft form. He handed out copies of the questions received. Mayor Hankner suggested doing a separate survey of Hardees development. Attorney Karney reported he had sent a copy of the development agreement to the attorney for Hardees and the attorney for Paster Enterprises, but has not heard back from them. Clerk/Administrator Pauley stated they may want to wait until spring to build. He added they have one year to fulfill the requirements of the conditional use permit. 411
