A proposed new <br /> Phillips 66 Station is planned for this site which presently contains an older <br /> gas station. The new station will require a reconfiguration of the site to <br /> best accommodate the new station layout. The purpose of this traffic study <br /> was to document the existing conditions at the site and assess future <br /> conditions with the new gas station in place. <br /> Data Collection <br /> 1 ) Daily Counts: The Ramsey County Public Works Department has recently <br /> completed daily traffic counts on Long Lake Road for a segment describedtf <br /> site (not necessarily directly in front of the gas station) reports an <br /> Average Daily Traffic Volume of 2,808. The County data is included with <br /> this memorandum. <br /> 2) Peak Hour Turnin. Movement Counts: Westwood Professional Services, Inc. <br /> conducted morning and afternoon peak period turning movement counts at <br /> the intersection of Long Lake Road and Bronson Drive to document the <br /> existing traffic conditions at the site. The raw count data is included <br /> with this memorandum.
