The space used will be sound-proofed so as not to <br /> cause hardship to the other tenants in the <br /> building. <br /> f. That the tenant and/or property owner will be <br /> responsible for accidental feces dropping at this <br /> site. <br /> g. A mechanical ventilation or exhaust system shall <br /> be installed to control, capture and remove <br /> emissions or odors generated by such use. Such <br /> system shall be separate from the other <br /> ventilation systems in the building. Such system <br /> shall be designed to prevent the migration of <br /> emissions or odors to other parts of the building. <br /> Installation must comply with the Minnesota State <br /> Building Systems, Chapter 1345. <br /> h.
