Roll Call <br /> Blanchard, Paone and Mayor Hankner. <br /> ALSO PRESENT: City Attorney Karney, Clerk/Admini- <br /> strator Pauley and City Planner Hren. <br /> Mayor Hankner stated she had reviewed the video tape 4. Residents <br /> which he described as a history of things that have Requests and <br /> happened in the City of Mounds View. Comments from <br /> the Floor <br /> After briefly reviewing the document, Mayor Hankner <br /> determined it was definitely related to the Highway <br /> 610 project and requested that it be addressed at <br /> that time on the agenda ; all Councilmembers agreed . <br /> Norm Calsenberg, of the Spring Lake Park Lions Club <br /> and Lakeside Park Improvement Committee brought the <br /> Council up to date on improvements that have been <br /> "'made at Lakeside Park and what is still proposed. He <br /> explained he is appearing before the Council to <br /> request a name change to the park, to add "Lions" to <br /> the name. He explained much of the work has been done <br /> at the park by the Lions Club. This name change has <br />
