/49 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 3013 <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING A POLICY FOR THE REQUEST <br /> OF DONATIONS BY THE CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Mounds View undertakes a variety of <br /> activities for which it requests and receives donations from <br /> various governmental agencies and charitable organizations; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to establish a clear policy <br /> outlining those individuals authorized to request donations <br /> and the conditions under which those requests may be made. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the <br /> City of Mounds View establishes the following policy for <br /> requesting donations on behalf of the City of Mounds View. <br /> 1. The only individuals authorized to request donations on <br /> behalf of the City of Mounds View are the Mayor and <br /> • Councilmembers, Clerk-Administrator and duly appointed <br /> Department Heads. <br /> 2.
