Jtorkt <br /> 411 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 3008 <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION EXTENDING GARBAGE AND RUBBISH HAULERS <br /> LICENSES <br /> WHEREAS, the Mounds View City Council is currently <br /> considering modifying the methods by which garbage, rubbish, <br /> recycleables and yard waste are collected in the City in order <br /> to comply with state mandates, and <br /> WHEREAS, the Council has set a goal of implementing a <br /> new system on July 1 of 1990, and <br /> WHEREAS, garbage and rubbish haulers licenses currently <br /> issued under Chapter 104 of the Municipal Code expire on April <br /> 1 of 1990, and <br /> WHEREAS, it is not the desire of the City of Mounds View to <br /> require reapplication for licenses until a decision is made <br /> regarding modifications to the City's collection system. <br /> all/ NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the <br /> City of Mounds View extends garbage and rubbish hauler's <br /> licenses issued under Chapter 104 of the Municipal Code which <br /> are currently in effect to July 1, 1990 at no additional <br /> charge to the licensed haulers . <br /> Adopted this 12th day of March, 1990. <br /> ATTEST: <br /> .ay• <br /> (SEAL) <br /> Clerk-Administrator <br />
