j&-,-)v A-1 <br /> MOUNDS VIEW CITY COUNCIL <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 3035 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT REQUEST <br /> BY STEVE MELBY FOR A SECOND ACCESSORY BUILDING AT <br /> 8419 SPRING LAKE ROAD, PLANNING CASE NO. 290-90 <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council and the Planning Commission <br /> have reviewed the request by Mr. Steven Melby for a <br /> conditional use permit to allow a second accessory building on <br /> the property located at 8419 Spring Lake Road; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission reviewed and <br /> approved the request for a variance to allow the accessory <br /> building to be larger than the Code allows per Planning <br /> Commission Resolution No. 287-90; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council understands that the second <br /> accessory building is newly constructed on the lot; and <br /> • <br /> WHEREAS, the Mounds View Zoning Code allows a second <br /> accessory building by conditional use permit provided that the <br /> total square footage of all accessory buildings does not <br /> exceed 1,264 square feet; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that the <br /> accessory building meets the minimum setback requirements; and <br /> WHEREAS, the maximum square footage for the second <br /> accessory building allowed is exceeded by 142 square feet; and <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council <br /> approves the requested conditional use permit contingent upon <br /> the following: <br /> a. That the conditional use permit is recorded with <br /> Ramsey County. <br /> b. That the applicant understands that no other <br /> accessory building will be allowed on this <br /> property. <br /> • <br />
