This request <br /> should be officially reviewed and a recommendation <br /> made to the Council by Staff. <br /> Mayor Hankner stated she was in agreement, and she <br /> was uncomfortable without the Planning Commission <br /> reviewing this. <br /> Motion/Second: Quick/Hankner to direct Staff to <br /> handle through the formal process and for the <br /> Planning Commission to review the request and <br /> make a recommendation. <br /> 5 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried <br /> • Mr. Minetor reported the City of Shoreview would <br /> like to know if Mounds View would be willing to <br /> enter into a 50/50 cost arrangement on a feasibil- <br /> ity study for a sidewalk on County Road I. <br /> Mayor Hankner stated she would like time to look <br /> into it and requested it be placed on the agenda <br /> for next week. <br /> Mr. Minetor requested approval of the agreement <br /> for engineering services for the reconstruction of <br /> the lift station at Bronson and Raymond. He <br /> briefly reviewed the agreement and work to be done, <br /> noting that it is the standard agreement with SEH. <br /> Motion/Second: Quick/Paone to authorize Staff to <br /> enter into an agreement with Short, Elliott, <br /> Hendrickson for reconstruction of the lift station <br /> at Bronson and Raymond. <br /> 5 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried <br />
