Also, <br /> the City would pay only for work actually done, and <br /> would pay for any additional work, or subtract for <br /> any work taken out. If the road is put in , County Road J <br /> Mounds View would have control over the intergovern- <br /> mental aarPement . _ <br /> Duane McCarty questioned if the Planning Commission <br /> adopted a resolution of recommendation to the <br /> Council . <br /> Clerk/Administrator Pauley replied they did not, <br /> rather presented goals. <br /> Mayor Hankner explained they were asked for their <br /> review and comments, which they gave. <br /> Mr. McCarty noted State law leaves the setting of <br /> speed limits to the Commissioner of Highways, and <br /> he is not sure the City could control it. He <br /> added he also feels there may be problems with <br /> the restriction of roads. He added this is a matter <br /> of long standing policy and procedure, and he <br /> recommended going with the traffic study first. <br />
