, <br /> 111 MOUNDS VIEW PLANNING COMMISSION <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 285-90 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION DENYING SETBACK VARIANCE REQUEST BY <br /> TOM PLUMB, 7359 PARK VIEW TERRACE, PLANNING CASE NO. 293-90 <br /> WHEREAS, the Mounds View Planning Commission has <br /> reviewed the request of Mr. Tom Plumb for a variance to allow <br /> the construction of a three season porch into the rear yard <br /> setback; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Mounds View Planning Commission has <br /> reviewed the criteria used to evaluate all variance requests; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, the applicant has presented a hardship <br /> statement to the Planning Commission; and <br /> • WHEREAS, the Planning Commission does not find that a <br /> hardship exists on the property; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Mounds View Planning Commission has <br /> determined that the requested variance is not the minimum <br /> amount variance needed; and <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View <br /> Planning Commission denies the variance request of Mr. Tom <br /> Plumb for a 5 . 5 foot variance into the rear yard setback. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Planning Commission <br /> recognizes that the applicant has the right to the appeal <br /> process as outlined in Section 40 .26, Subd. E, of the Mounds <br /> View Zoning Code. <br />
