Call to <br /> Mayor Hankner at 7:02 PM on Monday, June 25, 1990. Order <br /> The Pledge of Allegiance was said. 2. Pledge of <br /> Allegiance <br /> MEMBERS PRESENT: Councilmembers Blanchard, Paone, 3. Roll Call <br /> Wuori, Quick and Mayor Hankner. <br /> ALSO PRESENT: City Attorney Karney, Clerk/Admini- <br /> strator Pauley and City Planner Hren. <br /> Motion/Second: Paone/Quick to approve the May 29, 4. Approval of <br /> • 1990 minutes as presented. Minutes: May <br /> 29 and June 11 <br /> 5 ayes 0 nays 1990 <br /> Motion Carried <br /> Motion/Second: Wuori/Paone to ap rovc the June 11, <br /> 1990 minutes as corrected. <br /> 5 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried , <br /> A representative from Voto, .Tautges and Redpath 5. Special Order <br /> reported the 1989 financial report of the City was of Business <br /> completed and a clean audit opinion has been given. <br /> He reviewed the report, as well as the impact the <br /> City is experiencing due to actions taken by the <br /> legislature. <br /> Mayor Hankner noted that the Council had heard <br /> the full report at their last agenda session. <br /> Jerry Linke, of the Mounds View Lions Club, <br /> presented a check in the amount of $15, 370 to Jerry <br /> Skelly, of the cable company, for the purchase of <br /> two broadcast quality cameras. <br /> Mr. Skelly thanked the Lions Club for the donation <br /> and presented the check to Mayor Hankner. <br />
