RESOLUTION NO. 3038 • <br /> PAGE TWO <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that the <br /> proposed Planned Unit Development Amendment is in keeping with the <br /> original Planned Unit Development for the Mounds View Business <br /> Park; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has conducted a plan review of <br /> the proposed building addition and parking ramp and find it to be <br /> acceptable. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City <br /> Council approves the requested Planned Unit Development Amendment <br /> and plan review for the building expansion and parking ramp <br /> contingent upon the following: <br /> 1. The amendment is recorded with Ramsey County <br /> 2.
