The <br /> low bidder was Mark J Traut Wells, Inc. with a bid of $11,675. <br /> This project was budgeted for $15,000. <br /> I recommend the bid for this project be awarded to Mark J Traut <br /> Wells, Inc. in the amount of their bid of $11,675, and that a ten <br /> percent contingency be established for a total project cost of <br /> $12,842.
