Actual quarterly charges <br /> for each property type are established. <br /> Charges are based on the City's zoning. (The <br /> fee for each individual property is not <br /> developed. ) The report includes a detailed <br /> estimate of expenditures to be covered in the <br /> utility program including the five-year <br /> Capital Improvements Program, developed as <br /> part of the City's local water management <br /> plan. A draft ordinance language is also <br /> included. <br /> The Final Report "fine tunes" the data in the <br /> Concept Plan. Charges indicated in the report <br /> represent a commitment on the City's part to <br /> carry out the program.
