Due to the amount of work <br /> to be completed, it will be scheduled in two phases. <br /> Councilmember Wuori questioned why Ardan and Random <br /> Parks were not included. <br /> Mayor Hankner also asked for clarification of how <br /> the pipeline would be handled, and she requested <br /> the pipeline and two parks be added as an addendum <br /> to the report. <br /> Councilmember Paone joined the meeting at 7:15 PM. <br /> Mr. Minetor stated he would ask the County to do <br /> an addendum. <br /> Bill Frits, 8072 Long Lake Road, questioned whether <br /> there would be a public hearing on this. He also <br /> questioned what the feasibility study entails, <br /> pointing out it already has errors in it, and <br /> suggesting the City not approve it until it is <br /> correct. <br /> Mayor Hankner replied they need to get those items <br /> included and any approval would be contingent upon <br /> the inclusion of the corrections. <br /> Mr. Minetor explained a public hearing would be <br /> required by the Board of Ramsey County Commissioners <br /> and they would like the City to work with them in <br /> that, which he believes would be some time in the <br /> fall . He clarified that they are looking for <br /> acceptance, not approval, at this time. <br /> Mayor Hankner directed Mr. Minetor to send a letter <br /> to the County concerning the errors and ommissions <br /> in the report. <br /> Motion/Second: Quick/Blanchard to table Item H, <br /> the authorization for Staff to approve the feasi- <br /> bility report for Long Lake Road reconstruction, <br /> to June 25, 1990. <br /> 5 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried <br /> Mayor Hankner closed the regular meeting and opened 7.
