OXI(Pti 4?e . <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 3043 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION AMENDING 1990 GENERAL FUND BUDGET <br /> WHEREAS, the 1990 Session of the Minnesota Legislature <br /> implemented reductions in Local Government Aid (LGA) to cities <br /> in order to balance the State budget; and <br /> WHEREAS, it is estimated that the impact of this action <br /> on the City of Mounds View will be a $31,159 reduction in LGA <br /> revenue which was previously certified by the State and <br /> included in the 1990 General Fund Budget; and <br /> WHEREAS, in order to maintain a balanced 1990 General <br /> Fund Budget as required by the Home Rule Charter, it is <br /> necessary to reduce both revenues and expenditures. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the following <br /> expenditures and revenue reductions are made to the 1990 <br /> General Fund Budget. <br /> • Revenues - Local Government Aids <br /> Account No. 100-3221 reduce by $31,159 <br /> Expenditures - Finance Department, Account No. 100-4150-703 <br /> reduce by $1,500 <br /> City Hall, Account No. 100-4190-303 reduce by $20,000 <br /> City Hall, Account No. 100-4190-480 reduce by $10,000 <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Total Revenues and <br /> expenditures for the 1990 Budget are revised to $2,679,864 . <br /> Adopted this 11th day of June, 1990 . <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Mayor <br /> (SEAL) <br /> Clerk-Administrator <br /> 411 <br />
