RESOLUTION NO. 3046 <br /> A Resolution Requesting Ramsey County <br /> to Restrict Parking Along a Portion of County Road J <br /> WHEREAS, Ramsey County has planned the improvement of County <br /> Road J (CSAH 1) from T. H. 65 to 1-35W; and <br /> WHEREAS, Ramsey County will be expending County State Aid Highway <br /> funds (S.A.P. 62-601-04) on the improvement of said street; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS , said improvement does not conform to the approved <br /> minimum standards as previously adopted for such County <br /> State Aid streets and that approval of the proposed <br /> construction as a County State Aid street project must, <br /> therefore, be conditioned upon certain parking restrictions; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, the extent of these restrictions , that would be a <br /> necessary prerequisite to the approval of this construction <br /> as a County State Aid project in the City, has been <br /> determined. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Mounds View • <br /> requests Ramsey County to restrict the parking of motor <br /> vehicles on the south side of County Road J from the west <br /> County Line to Coral Sea Street. <br /> 411 <br />
